Return & Refund Policy

At Zulten Technologies Ltd, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below are the terms and conditions that govern product returns, exchanges, and store credit.

🛡️ Services (Non-Returnable)

Due to the nature of digital services, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable once provisioned:

  • Synetra NetShield – Network security & management
  • Synetra CoreDefend – Cyber defense & infrastructure protection
  • Synetra SkyFort – Cloud integration & security

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate billing or service errors directly attributable to Zulten Technologies Ltd.

💻 Software Licenses

Refunds for software licenses may be granted only if:

  • The license has not been activated
  • The package (if applicable) remains unopened

Once a license has been activated or package opened, the purchase is considered final.

Products in this category:

  • Synetra Antivirus – Endpoint protection
  • Synetra VPN – Secure connectivity & privacy

Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for unopened or unactivated products.

📦 Physical Products

Items purchased from shop.zultenglobal.com may be returned if they meet the following:

  • Requested within 14 or 30 days (as specified at purchase)
  • Are unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Include all original accessories/manuals
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Examples of returnable products: servers, routers, switches, and computers.

❌ Non-Returnable Physical Products

  • Extension cables, LAN cables, fiber optic cables
  • Storage media (SSD, HDD, USB flash drives)

💰 Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Returned physical products may be:

  • Exchanged for a similar product
  • Repaired where applicable
  • Issued as store credit

We do not offer direct cash refunds unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

⚙️ Returns for Manufacturing Defects or Upgrades

  • Returns for genuine manufacturing defects are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Upgrades may be accepted at 70% of the original value (30% deduction), within 30 days.
  • Damaged products will not be accepted under any condition.
